Paige Bik
- CARES Program for Survivors
Paige (she, her) manages Community CARES which includes outreach, educational and supportive healing programming efforts on issues related to sexual violence. Paige also provides advocacy and supportive services to students, faculty, and staff who are victims of sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and/or harassment: crisis intervention, short term counseling, advocacy, accompaniment to law enforcement, medical facilities, and judicial proceedings, and information and referrals. Paige is also available for educational presentations and training to students, faculty, and staff groups.
Paige has over fifteen years of experience working with survivors of gender-based violence specifically those impacted by sexual assault, child sexual abuse, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and sexual harassment. Her areas of focus are providing crisis intervention, victim centered psychotherapy, support around navigating the criminal justice system, and trauma-informed sexual assault training.
Paige is originally from Massachusetts where she received a master's degree in social work (M.S.W.) from Boston College and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W).
